As a qualified Solicitor, I am able to certify copies of documents to confirm that they are a true copy of the original. I will require sight of the original documents.

I am only able to prepare copies that are brought to my address in Marshfield, or posted to me.

 

Fees

The fees for certified copies of documents are as follows:

 

Single page document, or single item:    £10, plus postage fees for return if applicable.

​

Certified copy of Lasting Power of Attorney:    £45 per LPA, plus postage fees for return if applicable.

​

 

I am unable to certify land registry documents or documents that require a notary.
